　　The main concern for the introduction of industries and businesses is that it can damage the local areas. Also, the establishment of large shopping malls can attract crowds of people, who may flood into those areas, with the residents’ lives being largely disturbed。

　　However, the damages to regional areas can be well controlled by planning and regulation. With the contemporary developed technology, pollutions can be minimised to acceptable level, and with the available successful business cases, the disorder during development can be avoided in advance. In fact, once industries and businesses are settled, a diversity of job openings and life choices will be offered to local inhabitants, who will therefore be able to have more promising futures than they used to。

　　In addition, because cities are usually more prosperous than the other parts of a country, redistributing industrial and commercial organisations to less developed regions can help achieve a more balanced economy.
