1、起居要早睡早起
秋季尤其要养成早睡早起的好习惯。哪怕比以往早10分钟,也是进步。尤其是女性朋友,更要注意早睡早起。夜愈深,寒气愈重,寒气很容易入侵体内,给以后腰腿疼痛埋下隐患,还会导致咳嗽等疾病。
2、饮食须清润温润为主
一场秋雨一场寒。秋分后,气温骤降,气候干燥,不少人难以避免地出现鼻干、咽干、咽痒、皮肤干燥、呼吸道疾病以及秋季腹泻等问题。在饮食上特别要注意预防秋燥。秋分时节最重要的当数充足补水。这个补水应该是全方位的,既有正常的喝水,也有皮肤的保湿,总之从头到脚,尽量让身体感觉润泽舒服。
3、运动以轻松平缓项目为主
秋高气爽,也是锻炼的好季节。但由于人体阴精阳气正处在收敛内养阶段,运动也应遵循这一原则,即运动量不宜过大,尤其是老年人、儿童和体质虚弱者,以防出汗过多,阳气耗损。运动宜选择轻松平缓、活动量不大的项目。
4、情志调理要多走走赶走抑郁惆怅
进入秋天之后,从“天人相应”来看,肺属金,与秋气相应,肺主气司呼吸,在志为忧。肺气虚者对秋天气候的变化敏感,尤其是一些中老年人目睹秋风冷雨、花木凋零、万物萧条的深秋景况,常在心中引起悲秋、凄凉、垂暮之感,易产生抑郁情绪。因此,秋季注重调摄精神为养生之要务。

1、要润肺
“燥”为秋季主气,中医称为“秋燥”。秋燥会导致人体出现皮肤干燥、大便干结、流鼻血、咳嗽等症状。由于秋燥容易损伤肺,所以秋分养生应“润其燥”,可以多吃些清润食物,如雪梨、莲藕、萝卜等。
2、要滋阴
秋季气候日渐干燥,气血损耗大,养生应注意补血滋阴。尤其是阴虚体质者,常表现为面部有燥热感、舌少苔、口干咽燥、手足心潮热等症状,可吃些山药、百合、无花果等滋阴食物。
3、要健脾
人们在夏季偏食凉性食物,寒气、湿气困住脾胃,容易导致脾胃虚弱,所以秋分养生要健脾。可以通过食补的方式促进脾胃功能恢复,如茯苓饼、豇豆、小米等。此外,要少吃寒凉食物和反季节性的凉性水果,如西瓜、哈密瓜等。
4、要补肾
秋季是哮喘病的高发期。中医认为,肾脏有纳气的功能,而哮喘病是由于肾脏功能虚弱而引起的喘息气短、呼多吸少的症状。所以秋分要补肾,黑芝麻、核桃、枸杞、莲子等都是很好的补肾食物。

As it is said in the ancient book, The Detailed Records of the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476BC), "It is on the Autumn Equinox day that the Yin and Yang are in a balance of power. Thus the day and night are of equal length, and so are the cold and hot weather."
据古书《春秋繁露》(公元前770到476年)记载:秋分者,阴阳相伴也,故昼夜均而寒暑平。

According to experts, on the Spring Equinox and Autumn Equinox, the day and night are of equal time both in the southern and northern hemispheres. The earth’s axis, on its 66.5 degree tilt, is in a relative balance of power with the earth’s orbit around the sun. Thus it is a very conducive time for standing eggs on end.
据专家介绍,春分、秋分当日,南、北半球日夜均等。呈66.5度倾斜的地轴与地球日公转的轨道平面处于一种力的相对平衡状态,因此,有助于鸡蛋竖立起来。
But some also say that standing the egg has nothing to do with the time. The most important thing is to shift the egg‘s center of gravity to the lowest part of the egg. 八、 祭秋月
Originally, the festival of sacrificing to the moon was set on the Autumnal Equinox day. According to historical records, as early as the Zhou Dynasty (c. 11th century-256BC), the ancient kings by custom sacrificed to the sun on the Spring Equinox, and to the moon on the Autumn Equinox.
原本祭月节是设定在秋分这天的。据史实记载,早在周朝(公元前11世纪至256年),古代君王便依照习俗于春分祭日,秋分祭月。
But since it is not a fixed day in lunar August, there might be no full moon on the Autumnal Equinox. During the festival, if there was no moon to make sacrifices to, it would spoil the fun. Thus, the day was changed to the Mid-Autumn Day.
但因每年农历八月,这一天并不固定,秋分当日并不一定都出现圆月,而祭月若无月,则大煞风景,故而,将祭月节由秋分改为中秋举行。
秋分养生要做好“三防”
防秋凉
注意添加衣物,饮食上可以适当吃一些高蛋白食物和辛辣食物。
防秋乏
多晒太阳、多运动,促进生物钟尽快跟上季节变化。
防秋燥
多喝水以及多吃一些富含水分的蔬果,减少用取暖设备的时长,或者配合加湿器使用。
不过要提醒一下大家,千万别去靠喝酒暖身。虽然当时会感觉到很暖和,但那其实是酒精刺激了血液循环,让体内的热量都散发到了体表。过了一段时间之后,身体反而会感觉到非常冷。
