　　I am writing to let you know the deplorable attitude of one of your staff member.

　　Dick’s class is always occupied with videos and little oral presentation is done between the teacher and the students. However, when we questioned his way of teaching, he turned a deaf ear to us. Worse still, at a time he was absent from his class, leaving us confused about what to do. Needless to say, such a way of dealing with students is unacceptable. I would like to suggest that he should be disciplined, and instructed on the proper way to deal with us. And I hope she can make a timely adjustment of his teaching.
