广州是美食的天堂,是岭南美食的故乡。广州人对吃非常讲究,要吃得开心,吃得健康。广州人采用养生的吃法,吃一顿美味的正餐大约耗时1.5小时。饭前首先要喝汤,为了帮助肠胃吸收营养。老火汤又称广府汤,即广府人传承数千年的食补养生秘方,慢火煲煮的中华老火靓汤,火候足,时间长,既取药补之效,又取入口之甘甜。接着,就是进入正餐的时间。广州菜取料广泛,烹调方法多样,品种花样繁多,令人眼花缭乱,例如,白切鸡,焖排骨,等等。口味比较清淡,随着时节的变化而变化。饭后甜品也是比不可少的。广州人很喜欢一家人聚在一起吃晚餐的,因为他们觉得这是一件很幸福美满的事。
如今,我来到另外一个城市读书,时常想念家乡的美食,也想念与家人相聚的时光。
