Part1:

2.好像讲的是公司策略什么的，A是某公司开始从生物科技向什么方向逐渐转型吧。

Part3:
1.讲诉一个公司由于没找好领导而频临破产，最后又起死回生的事儿。
2. 第三部分是谁谁谁担任某公司CEO，然后业绩不好还是怎样，最后董事会让他做chairman了。
Part4:
1.完型：MBA专业薪金看涨
2.完型感觉考的是词汇搭配，说的是考MBA的人越来越多，他们付出的钱和日后赚的钱比较，还说什么大型公司招聘的时候，比较喜欢招聘具有MBA能力的人，记得一个cost 后面填的就不知道应该是overcome还是overbalance，还有一个是绝大多数的表达a()marjority of 选项是expand wide vast big。

小作文：

大作文：
1.写作第二题是回一封邮件。大致意思是我们公司要买security computer software，有个叫paul的sales manager毛遂自荐说他们公司的产品好，然后我要回信给他们问software是否适用于所有computer，然后对他们产品24小时服务的这个feature很满意，要问他们打几折，然后与paul约时间再进行深入的了解做生意。

Part1:
1.记得第一题的部分答案，第一个好像有sales clerk，telephone skills，flexible time 好像后面还有什么subject presentation，profits
2. 一旅行社工作男的到职业介绍所寻找电话沟通能力强的求职者。
3. 第一题有special promotion, sales clerk, telephone skills, flexible hours。
Part2:
1.好像询问是机器情况的事儿。
2.第二题好像有machinery, stock, profits, export reports。
Part3:
1.留言，询问国外建厂的。
2.第三题好像是official approval, canteen, inspection, project presentation。
Part6:
1.一男的讲诉自己如何在某公司搞设计发展而后有跳槽的事业发展历程。
BEC中级考试真题及答案口语部分：
Part1:
1.name, hometown, work or student然后是几个关于IT的问题，你认为IT对公司是否重要，公司是否应该专门聘请IT员工等等。
2.关于IT带给我们的影响，企业是否需要IT人才，企业是否需要培训员工电脑技能。
3. what's your full name, where is your hometown, what's your major, and what's your favourate subject.紧接着就是一个简答题，貌似是关于temporary staff,好像问我的partner的问题是你做过临时工没，然后问我是你觉得临时工能不能替代正式工。
4.就问问你最喜欢的科目是什么，我就说了几句，再说了两点理由就结束了。然后就问你觉得招聘时具有IT能力的员工好么，我就回答了几句with the development 什么的。
Part2:
1.我选的是dealing with falling sales，给的两个观点是new products和与其他公司合作;partner的topic是在国外工作你注重什么，给的是payment和job security。
2. What is important when choosing a conference centre?给的提示有Location;Facilities
3. 工作一段时间后最重要的是什么?要点是休息，和适当的活动。
4. what is the most important when you working at a multicultural company，两个提示是：cultural awareness, team buiding。
5. what is important when organizing a production presentation:Staff,Location，我加了一个good preparation。
6. what is important when replying customer’s complaint effectively……apologize，find the problem。我补充了一个attitude。
7.我选的是what is important when selling a company? 上面的两点 timing potential buyers，就说完两点已经木有时间了。
Part3:
1.你们公司的员工少了，所以很多办公室都空着，讨论如何利用这些space，以及move to smaller office的优缺点。之后的提问是你愿意在bigger office or smaller office工作;问partner的是do you think it's important for all the staff to have their own desk。
2.本地的商店之类的要弄活动吸引外地人来。问弄什么活动，怎么让别人知道这个活动。
3. 公司打算搬到一个更小的办公室去，你觉得有必要吗?优点和缺点是什么?
4. 你们公司将要在国外开一个分公司，并且组织一个小组到国外实习三个月，讨论的问题是：选择去国外的人有什么要求，在他们出国之前我们该如何鼓励他们。
5.when your company first set a team abroad what are you considering about the people who you will choose and how to managing them。针对这个discussion，对2个人的提问，我只记得我的是do you think the leader’s 能力(忘词了，反正不是ability)is importand in a team.
6.第三部分是举办一个什么活动然后attract customers to our town，要讨论的问题是what activities还有一个忘了，问我的问题Do you think it will be a problem to attract people to the ……(活动忘了)。
7.讨论说的大概是设计衣服需要把什么列在目录里面，还有一个是说怎么让自己的顾客知道消息。
