解析

题目要求描述一个你给予别人帮助的例子,阐述整个事件的细节:场景、人物、提供帮助的方式,并且描述自己的感想。可以写一个皆大欢喜的提供帮助的事情,也可以描述提供帮助但最后发现被骗的事情。

范文

Well, I think it is normal to offer help when other people meet difficulties. I have been helped and I also have helped others. From the experience, I could feel that I am warmly treated. However, not every time when we offer help, our sympathy is well received and appreciated. I remember one time that I was ill-treated. It happened in a park. When I was walking on the path, a middle-aged man approached me and he looked extremely anxious. He told me that he was about to see his son in the hospital. He just received a call from his son’s teacher and got the news that his son was seriously injured. Thus he needed to get to the hospital as soon as possible. However, his wallet was stolen on the bus, and he asked me to lend him money to take a taxi. At first I was very hesitant and I was worried that it might be a fraud. But then the man offered me his driving license and asked me to keep it as a guarantee and that he would definitely pay me back and get back his driving license. So I took his words and lent him 200 yuan.

However, when I tried to contact this man the following day, he didn’t answer the cell phone. After I tried a few more times, he turned off the phone. It was not until then that I noticed that I was duped. I felt very disappointed. I would definitely be more watchful next time.

This experience teaches me a lesson. You should never be cheated by the thing you see through your eyes. People can’t lose their sympathy towards the weak, but necessary observation and suspect is reasonable when people are ready to offer help to somebody.

雅思口语换题后重点练习哪些话题

换题季准备的重点是什么?

针对A类和G类考生,口语的要求是一致的,不论出国读书还是移民海外,口语分数目标都以6-6.5为主,要想拿到这个分数,Part 2的答题能力会显得尤为重要。

Part 2为个人陈诉(monologue):考官给考生一个任务卡,卡上有一个话题+四个小问题。考生有1分钟的准备时间,并在准备后对该话题进行2分钟的陈述。每4个月,Part 2有50个左右话题(换题月增加1/3),而考试只会抽中其中的一个话题,因此对话题进行分类准备,可以大大提高效率。

Part 2的话题分类

Part 2话题类别主要有:人物类,物品类,事件类,地点类。

1.人物类话题

人物类话题要求描述一个人,这个人可能是我们亲近的人,如老师,朋友,邻居,孩子,也可能是我们熟悉的人,如影视明星,历史角色,著名人物等。

例题:

Describe aperson who encouraged and helped you to achieve a goal.

You should say:

What this person encouraged you to do

How this person helped you

And explain why this encouragement helped you to achieve the goal

答这类题目的思路:人物基本介绍-外貌-性格-你们之间发生的印象深刻的事。

2.物品类话题

物品类话题大概分类两类,一类具体类物品, 另一类是抽象的物品。

例题:

Describe a book you have recently read.

You should say:

What type/kind of book it was

What it was about

Where you read it

How you feel about the book

描述物品,不仅要描述它的外观、内容,还要把涉及到的人和事串联起来,如a book和人联系who bought this book for you。和事联系,why this person bought this book for you 。和地点联系,the place where you read this book把这些内容串联起来就能回答得比较完整了。

3.地点类话题

地点类话题会涉及到三类话题:buildings,places,scenicspots.

例题:

Describe a house/apartment you like.

You should say:

Where it is

What it is like

When you want to live there

And explain why you like it

描述这类题目可以采取的思路:位置-外部结构-内部陈设-特色-身体健康的影响-心理的影响。

4.事件类话题

例题:

Describe an unusual experience of traveling.

You should say:

When you went there

Who you were with

What you did there

And explain why it is unusual

准备事件类话题可以采取的思路:介绍时间发生的时间,地点,人物,时间-发生的具体事件,发生的原因-你喜欢的原因以及这件事情带你的启发.

Part 2练习方式

推荐的练习方式有三种:

1.个人录音练习

针对程度较好的考生,可直接就当季题库里的任意一道题,进行1-2分钟的陈述,并录音。录音完毕后重听录音。

反复询问三个问题:

你的陈述是否流利?

能否找到其中的错误(词汇,语法,语音语调)?

如何改正?

在第二次录音的时候,尽量改正你的错误,保持陈述的流畅度。

重复三个问题,进行3-5遍录音。

2.打分工具辅助练习

对于部分中等程度考生,可在个人练习的基础上,加入一些机器辅助打分,进行水平提高程度的判断。

辅助打分的APP有很多-鲸小爱英语,流利说雅思,都可以达到一定程度辅判断的效果。

3.专业老师点评

对于程度较弱或小白考生,会出现个人练习过程中,练习很久也感觉进步不大的情况。此时建议找专业的教师,给予针对性的建议和点评。

雅思口语考试不可碰的八个雷区

1、60%的考生,因"表情"被扣分(备注:本文所列百分比和其他评分数据,仅代表部分专家经验,并非官方统计数据)

在雅思口语评分标准的"发音"评分项中,有这样一个界定:"能够使用表情、肢体语言帮助自己被理解。"根据这个标准,如果你有下列问题,你会被扣分:

(1) 几乎不看考官,可能被扣0.2分。

(2) 虽然看着考官,但是表情和口语答案并不配套。

(3) 因为考官面无表情,你原先勉强保持的微笑逐渐僵硬,直至像考官一样面无表情,这样,你可能被扣0.05分。

为了不被扣分,建议各位考生这样做:

(1) 在备考阶段,一定要注意"表情和语言配套"!

(2) 在实际考试的时候,无论你紧张与否,无论考官是否面无表情,请你脸上保持微笑,哪怕很生硬。

2、70%的考生,因"舌头"被扣分

笔者最为纳闷的是:众多中国考生,明明知道"不伸舌头"会被扣分,为什么坚持"不伸舌头"?

如果考生找借口说:"我习惯不伸舌头啦",那考官会说:"向至少0.2分说再见吧!"

3、90%的考生,因"单字不重音"被扣分

遇到"单字重音",你必须把那些单词放慢、加重,原因很简单,在整个句子当中,只有这些单词,才是最重要的,其他单词,都要轻读。

在雅思的"发音"评分标准中,有这样一个界定:"考生会使用重读、弱读,使自己更容易被理解。"而我们多数中国考生,仅仅把重读理解为一个单词里的重音音节,而不能把重音理解为"一个句子中的重音单词",所以自然要被扣分了。

4、90%的考生,只使用"单"词,而不使用"词串"

不会使用"词串"的考生,得分一定会被扣0.5-1分。事实上,不会"词串"恰恰是中国考生的致命伤,它除了影响了词汇分,还影响了流利分和速度分。

5、99%的考生,只使用"一种语法",而不使用"多种语法"

多数中国考生,只使用单一的语法结构,即主谓宾结构,而很少使用多种语法,如被动语态、强调句、虚拟语态、疑问句、感叹句等,因为中国考生本性"含蓄害羞",最喜欢用平铺直叙的陈述句,而很少表情丰富地使用疑问句、感叹句、强调句等。我们只能说,只有稍微改变自己害羞的个性,才有可能操练起多种语法,

6、99%的考生,只使用"一层结构",而不使用"多层结构"

多层结构答题法对于中国考生并非易事,因为很多中国考生在应试教育的荼毒下,根本就没有形成自己的思维逻辑,遇到问题只能凭借脑子里仅有的一点知识,胡乱说两句。要想熟练掌握多层答题法,最好的方法应该是选择一个高质量的雅思培训机构,选择一位善于启发学生思维的口语老师,先被领入门,再慢慢自我修炼。其实,只要练就多层答题思维,几乎所有考生都可以得到6.5的分数。

7、99%的考生,因"不敢提问"被扣分

根据笔者给学生做模拟的经验,有超过50%的考生,在考试的时候会对某个或某几个问题不甚了解。在听不懂题目的时候,绝大同学采取的策略是:一猜二蒙!

当你猜测或蒙的时候,你在对考题的理解能力、表述自己观点的能力会严重丢分。如果你放松地、大胆地问考官,你压根不会被扣分。即便考官解释之后你要求他再次解释,你也仅仅可能因为"理解能力"而被扣个微乎其微的0.05分,而绝对不会因"听不懂"、"答跑题"收到双重重罚。

8、99%的考生,因"哑巴思维"被严重扣分

笔者在模拟面试中,最痛苦的地方,不是听到了中国考生的哑巴英语(论坛),而是直面"哑巴思维",这是中国学生雅思口语均分全球倒数第一的根本症结,其严重程度,远超刚才所讲的其他问题的总和。
