西餐厅服务人员礼仪
1、讲究个人卫生。着装整洁、无污损，并使自己的头部、手等部位保持清洁。为顾客提供服务时，做到举止得体、自然。
2、熟悉菜肴酒水。当顾客对菜肴、酒水不甚了解时，应及时给与详细的解释，并适当地给出合理的点餐建议，不可一问三不知、答非所问。
3、尊重客人选择。顾客点餐时，不反复推荐客人不点的菜肴、酒水等。尊重顾客的宗教、民族习惯，对于第一次来就餐的顾客，主动询问是否有忌口或其他的用餐习惯。
4、服务热情细致。在接到客人订餐时，认真记录来客人数和用餐时间，并问清是否需要吸烟区或视野良好的座位;当客人进入餐馆，热情、主动地将客人带到座位;在为顾客提供服务时，遵循先女宾后男宾、先客人后主人、先长辈后晚辈、先儿童后成人的原则;客人离去时，提醒顾客不要遗忘所带物品，并表示感谢，欢迎再次光临。
上菜注意事项如下：
①往配餐间或厨房叫菜，不可争先恐后，按顺序接受领菜;
②离厨房之前，检察托盘的清洁，依服务顺序放置托盘上，并注意菜品的美观和温度
③上菜时不可贪便宜，除了干的菜肴勉强用手拿送，带汤汁的菜宜用托盘，端的太多既难看又可能发生意外：
④领菜回到餐厅先放置工作台，到餐桌招呼一声，顺便收除脏的茶杯及烟灰缸，以腾出放置菜肴的空间。
⑤如是吃饭的菜。随即盛饭送上;若为下酒的菜，服侍饮料倒啤酒或汽水，应慢慢斟入杯中，但不宜倒的满，溢出杯外;
⑥上菜时要轻巧，不要弄出声来，端送盘、碟、碗时，要以四双支手指支撑底部，姆指轻按缘边，不可触及食物。
⑦上菜的方向，从客人的左方端上，但饮料恰愉相反，要用右手从右方奉上：有时视餐桌的位置，可便宜行事;至于上菜先后顺序，最好是预先得知谁是主人，以便按宾主先后之序进行。
⑧热烫的中菜上桌时，应提醒客人的注意，因为有些用油炖的菜虽然沸，但没有冒热气，不知情的客人往往一口气咽下，容易受伤;
⑨外籍客人用中餐时，除筷子外，并准备刀叉，视其习惯与需要提供应用;
⑩外籍客人吃中菜时，征求他们抽意后才给予分菜，分菜时不要羹液溢出，尤其是汤汁落在桌上，弄污餐桌，给予客人不良印象;
注意：服侍中注意水或酒、菜及饭的加添时机，避免客人等候;随时更换烟灰缸、毛巾、汤碗、骨盘于无形之中，如换烟灰缸送上清洁的即撤除有烟蒂的。
