　　催办留言(message note of urgency)是为了让对方紧急办理某事而写的便条。这类留言有的是同事、朋友、同学之间写的，有的是上级对下级、办事机构对个人写的。但是，无论哪一种，最好不要用命令的口吻，而是用客气的口吻来写，如该处的这一张便条里就用了表示赞赏的语言“We shall appreciate it… if….”。
