　　I went to the Great Wall with my friends last summer.It was a beautiful day.The sun was shining,the birds were singing.We walked on the wall for about two hours.We took lots of photos.Then we met a group of foreigners.They let us to help them take photos.We were really glad to help them.We also took photos with them and talked with them in English.We told them the history of the Great Wall.They were very surprised because we could speak English so well.We felt very happy that day.What an unforgetble exerience!

　　It’s convinced that eating three meals on time is important to our health. However, I find it hard for me to have lunch on time because of some specific reasons.

　　Firstly, there are always so many people patronizing the dining room that it takes me more time to wait in the slender line. And as we all know, time is extravagant. But everyone likes having lunch at a universal time.

　　Ironically, you will also find no seat for yourself after you finally get what you are pursuing. Because occupying seats is becoming very hot. Thirdly, it’s really noisy when eating with hundreds of excited person. They are intend on sharing their new things and special feelings. So I think it’s time to make some changes. So I move slowly at lunch time. When it is going to be over, I take my lunch. And I find it decidedly right. Because I have to eat more vegetable and less meat, which contributes to my health.
