英语便条的格式及范文
便条，是一种简便的非正式的简单信函，它多用于较熟的亲友、同事和同学间，虽然内容简单，但却有其独特的风格，在英语写作中，便条也会经常出现，但是同学们不用害怕，今天小编就给大家分享一下便条的范文。
便条的三个特点
(1)临时性和紧迫性;
(2)非正式性;
(3)内容简短，格式简单。
便条通常由四部分组成——日期、称谓、正文和署名。
(1)日期：位置在便条的右上角;
(2)称谓：顶格写，后面用逗号;
(3)正文：便条的主要组成部分，一般安排一段或两段;
(4)署名：在正文右下角，靠右写。
便条种类多样，根据交际功能的不同，便条大体包括留言便条、请假便条、建议便条、道歉便条、致谢便条、祝贺便条、投诉便条、慰问便条、邀请便条、接受邀请或拒绝邀请便条、通知或询问便条等。
【写作任务】
假设你是陈辉，上周你和家人外出度假，你的英国朋友Eric帮忙照看你养的宠物狗，昨天你已返回，现在请你给Eric写一则便条表示感谢，并邀请Eric到你家吃饭。
注意：
1. 词数100左右(便条的开头和结尾已给出，不计入总词数);
