You start, of course, by reading up on the company itself, their competition, and then prepare to explain what you can do to fill their needs.   You don’t want to come across as either arrogant or inauthentic. That can be tricky when your interviewer asks you to discuss both your strengths and weaknesses. Avoid meaningless phrases such as “I’m often too hard on myself”.
