B: She does look frail. How old is she?
A: She is over 90 years old. She can barely walk and when she talks it’s very faint.

A: 九十多了。她几乎走不动路，说话也有气无力。

feeble: 虚弱的，衰弱的，软弱的。
frail: 体质虚弱的;娇弱的。
over: 超过。
barely: 几乎不。
faint: 微弱的，色彩或音量模糊的。

B: I want to see the movie with you, but my parents want me to go see my cousin’s performance. I feel powerless to disobey them.
A: Don’t be spineless. Just tell your parents we already made plans weeks ago and you can’t make the performance.
B: I’m always week when it comes to my parents and find it hard to tell them “no.”
A: 别再找蹩脚的借口了。我们去看电影吧。
B: 我真想和你去，可我父母希望我去看表妹的演出。我觉得不能不听他们的话。
A: 别那么软弱。就跟他们说我们几个星期前就约好了，你不能去看表妹的演出了。
B: 在我父母面前我强硬不起来，觉得很难对他们说不。
