购物实用英语口语：银行卡有问题

　　Hello, my dear friends! How are you doing today? Today, I drafted a short conversation about fix problems of debit card by calling to the bank.

　　A: Hi, ABC Bank Service Department, how can I help you?

　　你好ABC银行客服，您有什么问题?

　　B: Hi, there is something wrong with my debit card.

　　你好，我的储蓄卡有点问题。

　　A: Ok, may I verify your information?

　　好的，我先核对您的信息可以吗?

　　B: Sure, my name is Kim Spencer.

　　好的，报名字!

　　A: What is your address and phone number in our record?

　　我们记录里您的地址和电话。

　　B: The address is No.66 Shaw Street, East Lansing, MI 48825. My phone number is 123-456-7890.

　　分别报，(都是我编的!)

　　A: Ok, Ms. Spencer, what is your problem.

　　好的，您的问题是什么?

　　B: I am shopping right now. I just paid for my jacket, but the transaction was declined, and I am pretty sure I have enough money in my bank account.
