Many years ago, working in the big cities was many graduates’ choice. They wanted to earn high salary and then found their own place in the economic zones. But now, the situation changes, as the government put forward some welfare, more graduates trend to work in the small cities.
许多年前，在大城市工作是许多毕业生的选择，他们想要挣高工资，有一定的经济实力。但现在，情况改变了，政府提出了一些福利使得更多的毕业生倾向于在小城市工作。
The big cities are still the graduates’ first choice to work. In order to lure more talents to join the building of small cities, the local government has provided much welfare, such as the fund to do the project, the nice house to live and so on. Because of the pressure in the big cities, more young people like to join the team. But the problems will come as they live for a long time.
大城市仍然是毕业生就业的首选。为了吸引更多人才加入小城市的建设，地方政府提供了很多福利，比如投资资金开展项目，提供条件不错的房子等。因为在大城市的压力，所以更多的年轻人喜欢加入这个队伍。但是随着他们生活很长一段时间以后问题也会接迥而至。
Some young people can’t adapt themselves to the new environment, where full of old generation and small kids around. It seems to be lacking vitality for them. What’s more, nobody knows the policy that local government provides whether will change someday. So when graduates make decision, they need to make further consideration, or they will waste the best years to search the right place.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist, they will get the extra achievement.
但对于那些家庭贫困的人，尤其是父母还在等待孩子们的经济支持。这样的人群应该先维持生计，然后再去追逐自己的梦想。生活不可能是理想的，只有当他们解决了基本需求，梦想才会得到支持。有些人把他们喜欢的东西作为一种业余爱好，在业余时间不断研究，如果坚持下去，就会获得额外的成就。
Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will of never giving up will bring us success someday.

The power of insistence is great, it will help you set free your potential and keep move on. Just for the players, they will face all kinds of incidences now and then, but the will to insist will make them finish the game. Sometimes, people win the game not because of their excellent skills, but their strong will. Those who can stick on to the final line will win people’s applause.
