一、中心句出现的位置难以捉摸
在T3的阅读短文里，中心句往往出现在第一句，而且有着明显的信号词在提醒着考生这就是中心句。这些信号词包括：plan, consider, will make, will set, etc. 考生很轻松地就能把中心句记下来。但是，同学们需要注意的是，T3中并不是只有学校的announcement,还有一些是学生对学校的建议。考生们往往在本来就紧张的情况下会误判这是一篇announcement, 从而花费大量的时间找关键词、中心句，找了半天找的零零落落，在回答的时候也用错了措辞，导致失分。
二、考生乱记一通难抓重点
很多同学做笔记时有一个误区，就是阅读文章一出现，什么都不管就开始记。那么你有没有问过自己，我在记什么?阅读文章的时间如果全部拿来记笔记，你会发现时间很短暂，而且常常会出现漏记、错记，有些同学甚至记得太快，到头来都不知道自己写的是什么。还有一些同学在记笔记的时候完全没有一个目标说我要记哪些内容，以至于记了点这个觉得不对，又记点那个，到头来没有一句是完整的。那么你有没有想过换一种方式来记笔记呢?下面，给大家提几条T3、T4阅读的拿分策略。
三、T3抓住关键词，巧判阅读内容
前面说过，很多考生一味的认为T3就是学校的announcement, 其实还有一部分是学生的建议或提议。那么我们怎么判断这是announcement还是suggestion呢?很简单，一般在学生建议的最后都会有个最明显的标志，就是署名—Sincerely / Faithfully, XXX. 这一关键点是帮助考生判定这是一个学生建议的重要依据。其次，在文章的中间会以第一人称I作为主语多次反复强调这是我的看法和理由。比如下面这篇短文：
Close the Campus Coffee house
I propose that the university close the campus coffeehouse. Coffeehouses are great, if people actually use them, like to socialize with friends, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a snack. But students are not using our campus coffeehouse. There are usually lots of empty tables when I passby the place.
It is just a waste of space that could be used for other things. Also, the food at the coffeehouse is not very good. The last time I was there, the cakes and muffins my friends and I ordered were dry and didn’t have much flavor.

很明显，在本文中有大量的第一人称以及在末尾有很明显的信号这是个人的proposal，而非announcement。所以，考生应该立即把答题模式改为：
From the reading passage, we learn that a student suggests the university to......
这样就能很好的引出reading的内容，不至于套错模板，以致失分。
托福口语task3应试技巧
口语第三题，是公告、讨论题，也叫报告题。
它包含三个步骤：首先是阅读电脑屏幕上的一个小段落，长度为75-100词，时间为45-50秒钟;然后是听两个人(有时是一个人)讨论阅读中涉及的话题，其中一人对阅读中的话题表达了强烈的看法。
根据阅读与听力部分回答问题，陈述对话中一个人的意见，并阐述这个人持这一意见的理由。回答准备时间为30秒，正式回答为60秒。阅读段落与听听力必须做笔记。
话题涉及的事情发生于校园，但通常不在教室。主要为大学政策，规章制度或程序，大学规划，校园设施与校园生活状况。
阅读段落给听力部分提供背景，通常是一封信，一个公告或一篇文章。从内容上看，阅读段落通常包含一个建议以及支持或反对该建议的两个理由。把握好阅读，听力会轻松很多。
听力部分一般涉及两个人，偶尔也以独白的方式出现。这个人要么支持建议，要么反对建议。这个人的态度，一般可以从他(她)的语调，强调或词汇选择做出判断。
本质可以归纳为：阅读中的一个可能性改变+听力中男士或女士的态度+他(她)给出的两个原因
