Every four years, people will look forward to the biggest sport game, the Olympic Games. This year, The Rio Olympics is coming soon, as the media much pay attention to report the progress, more problems of this big project have been revealed.

The biggest problem is the unfinished buildings. It is known to all that a city will be given the right to hold the Olympic Games at least 8 years ahead, so that the government will have enough time to prepare. But the day is so closed and some sports courts are still being built, how could this happen in such big event.

Francisco Dornelles, the acting governor of Rio de Janeiro state, declared a state of financialdisaster in an effort to change budgetary priorities without disrespecting Brazil's fiscal laws.
