一般都是用at the top of 在...的顶上(以最高的)
但要看具体的搭配，具体情况具体分析，如果是指最顶处，最高处就用at
注意这一句：I live on the top floor.我住在顶层。
在这里就是on the top floor,因为on the floor 是个固定搭配，所以当具体到这种情况时，就要用on
还有一个固定搭配in top(这里没有冠词the): adv. 用高速档(全速地)
