英语情景口语对话:运动前的热身

  大家好,我是豆子!今天我写了一个对话是关于运动前热身的,让我们一起来看看吧!

  Hello, my dear friends! How are you doing today? Today, I drafted a short conversation about warm-up before exercise. Let's start!

  A: Hey Jane, any plan after work today?

  下班后有计划么?

  B: I am planning to swim after all paperwork finished.

  打算忙完后去游泳。

  A: You like swimming?

  你喜欢游泳?

  B: Yes, I learned it with a training course last year.

  我去年报了个培训课程学的。

  A: I got hurt a little bit, so I cannot do any exercise with you.

  我受了一点伤,不能跟你一起运动了!

  B: What happened?

  发生什么事情了?

  A: I did not do warm-up exercise before I ran last Sunday. My left knee got hurt a little bit.

  上周日跑步前没热身,左膝盖有点受伤。

  B: Did you visit doctors?

  看医生了么?

  A: Yes, I did. I was suggested to stop running for a while.

  看了,被建议最近停止跑步。

  B: I see. I was told it is necessary to do warm-up exercise before swimming. It is very important,because the most dangerous thing for swimming is that people’s legs may spasm out of control when swimming without any warm-up.

  明白了,我曾经被告知游泳前做热身十分必要。太重要了,因为如果不热身,游泳最危险的事情是人们的腿会抽筋,然后失去控制。

  A: You are right. Anyway, swimming is a good sport for people.

  你说的对,不管怎样,游泳是个不错的运动。

  B: Exactly, especially after so much tired work that need us to watching the laptop all the time, swimming can help the neck relaxed.

  是的,特别是这么多的工作需要我们一直看笔记本电脑,游泳可以让脖子放松。

  A: Are there crowded in the swimming pool?

  游泳池人多么?

  B: It depends. I chose to swim in the deep water area, it is ok. Kids usually swim in the shoal waters.

  看情况,我在深水区游泳,小孩子经常在浅水那里。

  A: Maybe I should try swimming after I got recovered.

  我可能好了之后应该尝试游泳。

  B: Good idea.
