外商独资企业 所需材料清单
1. 母公司名称、地址、电话及公司概况等;

2. 对拟申办公司名称及备用名的确认书;

7. 注册地址、开业地的房屋租赁合同、产权证明及租赁证或土地批租合同;

9. 总投资及注册资金、资本构成，投资比例(合资需要);
Total investment and registered capital, proportion of investment;
10. 经济估算;
