How引导的感叹句特点是后面加的是形容词和副词，它是唯一用于感慨副词的引导词。句型结构为：

这个结构最容易和 What 混淆的就是后面加形容词的部分，但是我们可以通过看句型来判断后面的是独立形容词还是名词结构中的形容词，如果是独立形容词，当然就是用How来感叹了，但是如果是名词结构中的形容词，它整个是一个名词，我们要用What。
How结构也有两个变化
